For many years, working in a gym was my life. Group fitness instructor, water aerobics, kids gymnastics, personal trainer and management, I've done all of it. Being active and helping people feel stronger gave me purpose, but it also led me to question what true health really means. My curiosity expanded beyond just heavy lifting and running intervals into energy, nervous system health, circadian rhythm, and living in true alignment with nature. I’m a girl who values freedom, vitality, and building a life that supports both the body and the soul.

I reached a point where I could no longer ignore the cost of the traditional 9–5 lifestyle. Chronic stress, rigid schedules, artificial environments, and being indoors most of the day don’t support long-term health, even if your job is “health-related.” I began to see that how we work and where we work has a profound impact on our biology.

Discovering online business and affiliate marketing showed me that it’s possible to earn income without sacrificing health, time, or autonomy. I’m doing this because I believe true wellness includes freedom and natural lightning over your schedule, your energy, and your environment. I envision a life where work supports health, not the other way around. A life where you can prioritize movement, sunlight, nourishing food, deep rest, and still build sustainable income online.
